Step 5. Carbonization

Put the bamboo into a high-pressure carbonization boiler of 200 to 300 degrees for steam carbonization. After high temperature and high pressure, the bamboo becomes hard and has an antibacterial effect. ​​​​​​​

Step 6. Drying
Drying the bamboo strip reduces water vapor​​​​​​​

Step 7. Sanding

Remove burrs of the rough strips

Step 8. Double-carbonized
Carbonization treatment and drying for the second time

Step 9. Selecting

Differentiate unqualified products according to the color of the bamboo strips

Step 10. Clamping

Combine strips to be aboard with glue, and hot pressing bamboo strips into boards
